Next week’s meetings of the FirstNet Board, Public Safety Advisory Committee (PSAC), and Public Safety Communications Research (PSCR) program will address key developments regarding priority, pre-emption, and quality of service for the nationwide public safety broadband network (NPSBN). FirstNet and the PSCR have coordinated to develop a two-part video tutorial to explain some of the key concepts of this critical NPSBN feature. The first video focuses on the basic Long Term Evolution (LTE) concepts of this feature.
