The Phoenix (Arizona) Fire Department is using applications, broadband and portable devices to improve training and evaluations of new recruits.

Having access to this technology within the academy allows trainers and recruits to view evaluations more quickly, often in real-time.

“It allows us to be more effective in training and developing firefighters,”Deputy Chief Chris Stewart says.
