July 4th Fireworks Safety

National Fireworks Safety Month is from June 1 through July 4, and people throughout the United States will be celebrating Independence Day this week. FirstNet and the public safety community want you and your family and friends to be safe throughout the festivities. There are many tips, tools, and resources about fireworks safety available from federal agencies, local public safety agencies, and organizations. Below is a sample of announcements from around the country:

U.S Fire Administration:
The U.S. Fire Administration recommends attending public fireworks displays and leaving the lighting to the professionals.
