The Notice of Availability of the Final Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement (PEIS) for the Central Region was published in the Federal Register on Friday, September 1, 2017 (82 FR 41594-41595). The document has been revised based on comments received on the draft PEIS, and all comments received are available in Appendix F of the Final PEIS.
